Common questions
- What size am I? Measure bust, waist and hips and check the size guide. Between sizes, size up — our knit smooths rather than squeezes.
- How long is delivery? Allow 1 to 3 working days for processing, then 3 to 5 working days for UK Standard delivery (1 to 2 for Express). See the Shipping Policy for all destinations and options.
- Can I return it? Yes — 14 days to change your mind on unworn items with the hygiene seal intact, and longer if something's faulty. Details in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Will it show under clothes? Our seamless styles have bonded, lay-flat edges specifically so they don't. If a piece marks through your clothing, tell us — that's not right.
- Where's my order? Email your order number and we'll chase the tracking.
Something gone wrong?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it — replacement or full refund, including return postage.
