Delivery
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for processing before dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns
- 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return an item, and 14 more days to send it back.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and the hygiene seal intact. For hygiene reasons, worn or unsealed briefs, bodysuits, bras and lingerie can't be returned unless faulty.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including postage.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return.
