Shapewear should fit your body, not fight it. Here is how to land the right size first time.
How to measure
Measure over bare skin or close-fitting underwear, with the tape snug but not pulled tight. Keep the tape level all the way round.
- Bust — around the fullest part of your chest, tape level under the arms.
- Waist — around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
- Hips — around the fullest part of your hips and seat, roughly 20cm below the waist.

Between sizes?
Size up. Our knit is designed to smooth rather than squeeze — sizing down does not give you more shaping, it just gives you a worse day. If your measurements fall in different sizes across bust, waist and hips, go with your largest measurement.
Fit notes by style
- Bodysuits — go by bust and hip. If you are long in the torso, size up for comfort through the shoulders.
- Shaping shorts — go by hip. The waistband is bonded and wide, so it should sit flat without rolling.
- Leggings — go by hip. True to size.
- Lounge sets — relaxed through the top, fitted through the legging. True to size.
Still not sure?
Email us your measurements and the style you are after and we will tell you honestly which size to order — or whether the piece is right for you at all.
Measurements are body measurements, not garment measurements. Every style is graded across the full range.
